When should I start talking with Ayuda?
The earlier the better. When determining HOA dues or calculating rents, it’s best to know what the numbers are as soon as possible so there aren’t any surprises down the road. However, regardless of what stage your development is in, we can create a program that’s perfect for your property. If you already have a concierge in place, we can evaluate your needs and seamlessly integrate our strategy with your current services.

Are concierges our employees or yours?
Concierges are the employees of the
property itself, or in some cases, the
property management company.

Where are your service areas?
We continue to grow and expand to areas

open to investigating new locations, so if
you are interested in our services, but are
located outside our service areas, please do not hesitate to contact us.

What are your fees?
Our fees range based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, number of units, property type, and stage of development. For a proposal that incorporates your property’s unique needs, please contact us.

Is Ayuda insured and bonded?
Yes. We have an excellent coverage, and will provide certificates of insurance upon request.

What is your privacy policy?
Ayuda promises to keep all information about clients and residents confidential and secure. We will never sell, rent, or freely distribute any information without written consent. In order to satisfy certain requests, Ayuda and/or concierges will be required to share information within the Connections network or with other pertinent parties, but will not do so without authorization. We will not release the names of our clients without their express written consent.

What are your hours of operation?
Our corporate office is open to the general public 8 a.m. – 8 p.m., Monday through Friday, and is closed on national holidays. However, clients and concierges are given contact information so they can reach us 24/7.

Do you run errands?
We don’t run errands, but as part of our Connections network, we’ve established relationships with errand services, and can provide referrals upon request.
